Welcome to Eats for Cheap.  Our goal is to write quick easy recipes using common, easy to find and inexpensive ingredients.  We're both grad students (hence the emphasis on quick and cheap) and we love to cook.  She's a vegetarian with vegan tendencies and he'll eat everything.  So, between the two of us, we've got you covered.  Whether you're looking for healthy foods, greasy goodies, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert, you can find it here.  Happy cooking to you!
